I’m a straight shooter.
I will tell you what I see.
Not to judge you—but to help you understand what’s actually happening between you.
Most couples don’t need more advice.
They need to see the patterns they’re caught in—and how they’re each contributing to them.
I’ve seen these patterns play out in countless couples over the years.
I’m warm and compassionate.
But I won’t collude with patterns that keep you stuck.
Real change begins when you’re willing to:
--look inward
--take responsibility
--engage honestly in the work
This isn’t about blame.
It’s about creating safety, accountability, and real connection.
That’s where things start to shift.
✔️ Get off the argument spiral
✔️ Rebuild trust after betrayal
✔️ Bring closeness back into your day-to-day
✔️ Communicate deeply without anxiety
Want lasting change

Are ready to do the work

Why I do this work
For more than 40 years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples as a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, educator, and supervisor. I founded Relationship Health Center on a belief that shaped everything I’ve done in my career: healthy relationships don’t happen by accident. They happen by intention.
In four decades of sitting with couples, I’ve seen one truth emerge again and again: most relationships don’t fall apart because of dramatic failures. They drift apart slowly, quietly — through the daily grind, the unspoken words, the moments of connection that never quite happened. Two people who once chose each other freely gradually stop relating to each other as people. They become co-managers of a household. What gets lost is the simple, irreplaceable experience of enjoying one another’s company.
The good news? Distance that builds gradually can also be reversed — gradually, intentionally, and with the right guidance.
Who I’m here for
Relationship Health Center is for two groups of people:
Couples who feel the distance growing and want practical, clinically grounded tools to reconnect. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, feeling emotionally distant from your partner, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply want to build a stronger foundation before problems arise — this is a place to begin.
Fellow therapists and clinicians who want to deepen their work with couples. Four decades of supervised clinical experience produces a kind of pattern recognition that no textbook teaches. I offer training, professional resources, and supervision for clinicians who are ready to grow.
